EFT Tapping Points

Please find below images of the EFT tapping points that we will be using together in our therapy.

EFT is often referred to as psychological acupuncture as it involves tapping on meridian lines that run throughout our body.

It is very common to have subtle sensations in your body as you tap. For example you may feel a tingling or lightness. You may yawn or burp as you release stuck energy. You may also find yourself breathing easier and more deeply as you relax.

Some people do not feel the energy moving, but still get the desired results.

This process releases toxins from your body so it is important to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after tapping to maximise results.

I will be adding free meditations to this page. They will help you to relax and feel safe in your body. I will also add guided visualisations to help you create the life you most desire and deserve. I recommend doing the guided visualisation daily. This trains your brain on a neurological level to become your ally and friend.

I will also add quick tips on reducing anxiety and will guide you through these processes in videos.

I am in the process of creating this website so please bear with me while I add things to this helpful resource page!
